Ann has been active in the field of Training and Development for 16 years, as a Life and Career coach for 8 years and as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for 3 years. She specialises in areas of food, over and under eating. People for whom diets do not work! Other specalisms include anger and its management and career quandaries. She has specialist knowledge in International Development and the Voluntary sector. She is also a director of a Community Interest company called Breaking Free from Stuffing and Starving.
Ann has a broad range of experience which encompasses fire fighting, teaching people to ride, Open University business lecturing and community development.
