What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy essentially involves providing your body with the right food to keep you fit and healthy. Without food we cannot survive. Without the correct food we can develop illness and disease.
What you put in your mouth and consume has a profound effect on how you look, feel and behave. By making changes you can greatly improve your health.
This is where a nutritional therapist can help. We can work together to create an individually tailored plan to suit your needs. Each person is unique therefore one diet cannot fit all.
