I started practicing in 2005 and specialise in massage that include; Swedish, remedial, sports, pregnancy and post natal and hot/cold stone therapy. I also specialise in reflexology hands, feet and ears the latter being the latest edition to my resume.
I am a Holistic Therapist who offers a friendly, flexible empathetic personality and I have sound strong communication skills that provide a foundation with which my clients feel comfortable with. Massage can be a delicate issue for some clients and because of this I feel having these abilities are vital.
I believe an alternative Holistic approach to health is becoming increasingly popular for all ages, abilities and disabilities including relaxation and reducing stress in the workplace. Older citizens in nursing homes or assisted living facilities are also finding benefits, such as increased energy levels and reduced health problems. With this in mind I provide flexible treatments where I will visit you in the comfort of your own home. I also accommodate for the individual who likes to visit me in the comfort of my home.
I have found that is started as a personal journey, experience gained through the wide and varied conditions and injuries that I encountered, I strive towards finding the right approach for each individual to obtain optimum results and believe that at times I will use several therapies to achieve this.
