I am an experienced integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor. I am AHPP accredited and UKCP registered.
I work in a Mental Health setting and I have a private practice, and offer short term and long term work..
I continue to develop as a therapist through attending courses, workshops and conferences. I am particularly interested in the mind/body links.
I do not offer a set approach to my work; I integrate a number of theoretical models to suit a person's needs.
WHAT I PROVIDE
I provide a safe, confidential, respectful and supportive space where we look at your particular difficulties.
These difficulties could be linked to:
- Negative environments.
- Past events which still impact on your life.
- Current and/or past events that leave you powerless and without resources
- Inability to communicate and resolve conflict.
- Constant busyness and stress.
- A general sense of dissatisfaction and dullness leaving you feeling that life is passing you by.
- High levels of daily anxiety.
