I graduated from the British School of Homeopathy in 2005 and now practice from Fitness M8 in Bideford, a new Health and Fitness Club which offers a variety of different therapies. I am a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths and regularly attend workshops and seminars to continue my professional development.
I have a particular interest in the treatment of children and the use of homeopathic remedies during pregnancy and childbirth. Homeopathy can be extremely beneficial during pregnancy as many physical and emotional changes are occurring which can cause a number of minor health complaints. These include morning sickness, diarrhoea, heartburn, anaemia, varicose veins, cramps and emotional distress. Homeopathic remedies are ideal to use in this situation - they cannot cause harm because they only use a tiny quantity of the active ingredient. By being as healthy as possible during pregnancy you are giving your baby the ideal conditions in which to thrive.
Homeopathy is a safe and effective healthcare for the whole family, which recognises you as an individual and stimulates your body to heal itself.
