Liz Lillicrap has a background in administration and languages, arriving at natural/complementary health via an interest in horticulture, the ill health of family members, and the discovery that there was a College of Phytotherapy (herbal medicine).
She has a Batchelor of Science degree in Phytotherapy and more recently she has qualified in Reflexology; with some clients it is helpful to combine the two treatments.
Both therapies allow the client valuable time outside their normal routine; with medical herbalism in the form of talking through symptoms and health concerns at length; with reflexology by relaxation.
She practices from Minehead and from Kentisbury and will do home visits, though a charge may be made to cover petrol costs.
Liz makes and sells a small range of herbal products at local farmers markets, and is available for talks and herb walks.
