Treatments are available on Tuesdays at Barnstaple Chiropractic Clinic, and Thursday and Fridays at the Rose & Crown Clinic in South Molton.
I work primarily through touch using a variety of techniques and skills. My aim is to help people feel better in their bodies and themselves.
I was fortunate to have some wonderful treatments with an excellent masseuse in my early years, and discovered first hand the profound effect that a sensitive, expert touch can have on all levels of body and being. From here began my love of touch therapies, and I went on to train myself in massage with Sarah Thomas in London in the 1980's.
This kindled an ongoing thirst for knowledge and experience, and I over the years I have explored and undertaken a variety of trainings in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, and India. These include: Advanced Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Kinesiology, Rebalancing (a synthesis of several bodywork techniques) and the Bowen Technique, as well as a vast range of other trainings and personal development workshops. I like to integrate my skills to create the best treatment for each individual client.
Today I work with a wide range of clients and issues from my private practice in South Molton.
Virtually any issue can be treated - including:
Aches and Pains: Back pain, Neck pain, Frozen shoulder, etc
Respiratory issues: asthma, hayfever
Stress, Anxiety, Tension
I love to help people relax and be comfortable in their bodies. To give them a chance to reconnect with themselves and a space just to ‘be'.
