Hazel trained at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London (ION). ION was founded by health expert Patrick Holford and is widely considered to be the UK's leading centre for nutritional studies. After a three-year course she gained a diploma in Nutritional Therapy in 2002.
Learning to take care of our inner environment so that we can avoid disease and encourage health led Hazel to study Colonic Hydrotherapy. She trained with Dr Milo Siewert, the founder of colonic hydrotherapy in the UK, at the Natural College of Holistic Medicine followed by further studies at the European School of Colon Hydrotherapy.
Hazel's special areas of interest are digestive health and weight management.
